CInema Theatre Rules

  • The cinema is private property – thank you for respecting our work and regulations. Following the general rules helps us perform our core duties – to provide high-quality film screenings and other related services.

    The following is prohibited on cinema premises:

    • Smoking (including electronic cigarettes);

    • Filming and photography without the cinema administration’s consent;

    • Riding skateboards, bicycles, or rollerblades;

    • Bringing animals inside the premises, except for guide dogs;

    • Consuming strong alcoholic beverages brought from outside during a film screening;

    • Jumping, climbing, or sitting on protective barriers;

    • Touching the cinema screen.

    It is forbidden to bring into the cinema auditoriums:

    • Food, snacks, or drinks purchased outside the cinema bar;

    • Video cameras;

    • Knives, firearms, or other weapons;

    • Large bags or items that may obstruct the movement of other visitors between rows and pose a safety risk in case of evacuation;

    • Balloons filled with helium or other gases.

    In the cinema:

    • To enter the chosen film screening, each visitor (regardless of age) must have a valid ticket for that screening;

    • As an exception, without occupying a separate seat, only infants (up to 1.5 years old) may enter the auditorium seated on a parent’s lap, and only for movies rated “V”, with parents assuming full responsibility for the infant’s health and respectful behavior toward other viewers. “Forum Cinemas” DOES NOT RECOMMEND bringing infants to screenings, as audiovisual effects may frighten the child and disturb others. Movie producers and exhibitors recommend that children aged 4–5 and above can be full cinema viewers for whom V-rated films are intended;

    • A movie ticket is valid for one person and only for the specific screening indicated on the ticket (movie title, time, date, auditorium number, row, and seat);

    • Discount cards must be presented before purchasing a ticket;

    • It is strictly forbidden to disturb other visitors, disrupt the movie, or use mobile phones or other devices that may interfere with the viewing experience;

    • It is prohibited to intentionally damage cinema property, e.g., by placing feet on the auditorium seats;

    • Visitors must sit in the seat indicated on their ticket;

    • When purchasing tickets at the box office, gaps between seats are not created. The number of tickets sold equals the number of seats available in the auditorium;

    • The cinema is not responsible for items left or lost on the premises;

    • The cinema is not responsible for children left without adult supervision during or after a screening.

    If a screening does not take place:

    If a screening is cancelled due to technical issues or if the film stops for more than 20 minutes and the viewing cannot be resumed, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days.

    In case of cinema evacuation:

    If the cinema is evacuated and it is not possible to return and continue watching the film, please contact [email protected] within 14 days.

    After the screening:

    • Visitors exit the auditorium by following the “Exit” signs;

    • We kindly ask that visitors collect their trash from their seats, as personal belongings may be accidentally left behind. Trash can be disposed of in bins located near the auditorium exit doors;

    • After a 3D screening, visitors must return 3D glasses to a cinema staff member.

    The cinema has the right to:

    • Request valid identification if purchasing tickets for age-restricted films or when needed to confirm eligibility for discounts;

    • Check age and identity documents before admitting visitors to age-restricted films. If documents are not presented, the cinema has the right to deny entry without refunding the ticket. Children aged 7–12 without adult supervision are not admitted to N-13 screenings;

    • Request documents (student, school, pensioner, disability certificates, etc.) confirming discount eligibility before admission. Entry may be denied without a refund if such documents are not provided;

    • Ask to present the ticket and purchase receipt;

    • Refuse to sell tickets to individuals whose age does not meet the film’s age restrictions (N16, S), even if accompanied by an adult;

    • Refuse to sell tickets or admit visitors who are intoxicated and/or disturbing public order; refuse ticket sales to inadequately dressed individuals (e.g., wearing swimwear) or those with visible hygiene issues;

    • Remove individuals who violate public order or internal rules without refunding their ticket. In more serious cases, offenders may be reported to the police;

    • Confiscate a ticket and remove individuals attempting fraud;

    • Refuse to sell tickets to individuals who previously violated internal rules or attempted fraud;

    • Inspect suspicious items;

    • Confiscate a personal discount card if used illegally;

    • Change screening times, age ratings, or auditorium assignments.

    The cinema recommends:

    • Not bringing infants or children under 3 years old to screenings, as loud sounds may frighten them and disturb other viewers;

    • Immediately informing staff about individuals disrupting the screening;

    • Contacting cinema staff or an administrator if any questions arise.
