Ticket Refund Form for Purchased Tickets

Please fill in the form with the required information. If any information is missing, we will contact you personally.

Please note! We refund money for purchased and unused tickets only if you submit the request on the same day or no later than the day on which the screening is scheduled to take place. Please complete the refund request no later than 9:00 PM.

If the form is completed incorrectly, or if the purchase details are not clarified before the start of the screening, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You must provide at least one of the details indicated in the example below — the purchase number or the ticket number.
