Marco Kreuzpaintner born in 1977. First came to the public’s attention through his 12-minute short “Entering Reality”. In 2003 Marco Kreuzpaintner made his big-screen debut with “Breaking Loose”. He gathered international attention shortly afterwards with his award winning coming-of-age drama “Summer Storm” (2004). Kreuzpaintner’s extraordinary talent was also recognized by director Roland Emmerich who engaged him for his project “Trade”. “Krabat” is his latest film.
